These days, so many areas of our lives are restricted, it is easy to feel “stuck.” Sometimes, the last thing we need is another hour indoors… that’s where Walk and Talk comes in: Taking your counselling session outdoors can help you connect with you while experiencing the benefits of sun, trees, and freedom alongside conversations that support and heal you.
